ARE DECALS DISHWASHER SAFE?
- No, decals are hand wash only.
WHAT ORDER SHOULD LETTERS BE IN FOR 3 LETTER MONOGRAM?
- Traditionally, a 3 letter monogram has the letters in the order of First, Last, Middle. So, Mary Ann Smith would be MSA.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY DECAL?
- We have installation directions for various surfaces here.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
- Because each order is custom made, processing time is 1-3 business days before being shipped.
- If you order was shipped USPS First Class (without tracking), your order should arrive within 10 business days.
- If you order was shipped USPS First Class (with tracking), your order should arrive within 8 business days.
- If you order was shipped USPS Priority Mail, your order should arrive within 3 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED IN THE TIME STATED ABOVE?

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT?
- If we have made a mistake (wrong size, color, or initials) we will replace your decal immediately at no cost to you.
- If you provided the wrong size, color, or initials you will need to purchase a new decal to get a replacement.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE MY DECAL?
- We will replace your decal at no additional cost once we agree on how you would like the new decal made.
